Make a meaningful difference in the educational journey of elementary students as a School Social Worker in a dynamic and supportive environment. Multiple contract opportunities are available supporting various elementary school settings, including ASD and SSN Centers. Full-time and part-time roles are open, ranging from 18.75 to 37.5 hours per week, across five daysperfect for professionals seeking flexibility and impactful work.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a School Social Worker
• Experience working in school settings, preferably supporting elementary-aged students
• Expertise supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Significant Support Needs (SSN), or general elementary populations
• Strong skills in crisis intervention, counseling, and case management
• Exceptional communication abilities to collaborate with students, families, teachers, and administrators

• Provide individual and group counseling to help students develop social, behavioral, and emotional skills
• Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized support plans
• Serve as a liaison between school, home, and community organizations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of behavioral and academic interventions
• Offer crisis intervention and ongoing support to students experiencing challenges
• Promote a positive school culture and advocate for student well-being
