XPO Logistics is currently seeking Class A CDL Hostler/Shuttle Drivers for full‑time positions in Golden, CO.

NEW PAY INCREASE

• $27 per hour
• $3,000 sign‑on bonus
• Home every day
• Paid lunches

The primary function of this position is to safely shuttle empty and full trailers back & forth from dock to dock. The successful employee will drive approximately 2.5 miles each way on public roads and within our distribution center.

Dedicated customer:
Miller Coors. Shift: 3rd.

• Safely shuttle trailers between dock and distribution center.
• Operate in compliance with company safety guidelines.

• Must be 23 years old.
• 6–12 months of recent verifiable tractor‑trailer experience.
• No DUI in the past 5 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen at a DOT‑approved clinic.
• Criminal background review.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No careless or reckless driving (excessive speed 15+ mph or following too close) in the last 24 months.
• No more than 2 chargeable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Hazardous Materials endorsement not required.
• Tank endorsement not required.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement not required.
• Passenger endorsement not required.
