Shipping & Inventory Assistant; Part Time

Insight Global is seeking a part-time Shipping & Inventory Assistant for a direct hire opportunity in Golden, CO. Our client is a family owned business servicing surgical equipment for veterinary clinics. The Shipping & Inventory Assistant will help support inventory and shipping operations in a small, organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has high attention to detail, strong computer skills, and is organized and reliable.

This position works onsite Monday – Friday from 1:00pm – 5:00pm. This role is a great fit for someone early in their career or someone looking for meaningful, steady part-time work with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for shipment
• Receive incoming inventory and organize stock areas
• Label, organize, and maintain inventory shelves
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Stage parts or equipment for technicians
• Help keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized

• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail and solution oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a small-team setting
• Mechanically inclined and basic computer skills (email, scanners, inventory systems)
• Ability to be on feet for long periods of time and lift up to ~40lbs
• Valid drivers license and personal vehicle

• Warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience
• Experience with Quick Books, Salesforce, or similar tools
