Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing files, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a multi-line switchboard, answer and direct calls professionally.
- Package, sort, and scan documents for processing and distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of scanned and packaged materials.
- Perform data entry and update electronic and physical files.
- Assist with general office tasks, including filing, copying, and organizing supplies.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Required Qualifications:
- Transcript experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous customer service skills.
