Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and taking ownership to solve problems.;
Execute the MIC Success Routine and complete responsibilities under People, Customers and Service.;
Ensure all Team Members complete Shift Excellence tasks and maintain neat uniform appearance.;
Greet customers, ensure customer needs are the highest priority, and handle inquiries with a positive demeanor.;
Assist RGM with facility maintenance, health and safety standards, and inventory/labor management.
