We're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer Manager:
Onsite for our client.
Manages the Manufacturing Engineering team in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and resolving conflicts.
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering required.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works and/or Pro-E,
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite, (i.e., Outlook, Excel, word, PowerPoint).
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager plays a critical leadership role within manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for leading the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team to drive operational excellence through cost reduction initiatives, capital improvements, automation, tooling and fixturing, quality control, facility management, in sourcing opportunities, and production process optimization.
