Accounting Manager

We are hiring a Controller on behalf of our client, a growing organization seeking a hands‑on accounting professional to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This role will play a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting leadership with strategic decision‑making.

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, month‑end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners
• Support cash flow management and financial planning activities
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
• Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting function

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four‑year college or university in Accounting or Finance
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
