Clean and sanitize all components of food production and processing equipment to maintain a clean environment;
Ensure equipment and facility are sanitized in accordance with food manufacturing regulations and government sanitation requirements;
Follow GMPs and OSHA regulations and participate in safety training and plant initiatives;
Provide timely and accurate reporting in compliance with quality and food safety programs, including sanitation inspections and corrective actions;
Work independently and collaboratively to clean different parts of the facility or assist with extra duties as needed
