Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all components of food production and processing equipment to maintain a clean environment.
- Ensures equipment and facility are effectively sanitized in accordance with food manufacturing regulations and government sanitation requirements.
- Follows all applicable GMPs & OSHA regulations, and participates in necessary safety training and plant initiantives.
- Provides timely and accurate reporting in compliance with quality and food safety programs, including sanitation inspections & corrective actions.
- Works independently& collaborates with others to clean different arts of the facility or assist with extra duties as needed.
