Our client, a leading food production organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location: Goldsboro, NC
Pay Range: $19.62
Shift: 4pm - 2am Mon - Sat
What's the Job?- Set up, troubleshoot, repair, and operate qualified equipment in the department.
- Coordinate work and resolve production or equipment issues under supervision.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on all equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Adjust line speeds as necessary to meet production standards and maintain quality.
- Monitor food safety and quality critical limits, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on equipment.
- Willingness to follow safety rules and company policies diligently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
