CNC Programmer
Goldsboro, NC (Fully Onsite)
9-12 Month Contract | $34-$39/hr
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support productivity improvement and process optimization initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on reducing machine setups, migrating production to newer equipment, and improving overall machining efficiency. Responsibilities include developing and troubleshooting CNC programs, creating machine setups, supporting operators, optimizing machining processes, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC programming experience
- Proficiency with Mastercam, Solid Works, AutoCAD, and SolidCAM
- Experience with FANUC, HAAS, and MAZATROL controls
- Strong background with CNC mills and lathes, machine setup, operations, and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and models
- Knowledge of machining processes and materials
- Must meet U.S. Person requirements due to ITAR regulations (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
