What You’ll Be Doing- Monitors and operates plant equipment to maintain safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations.
- Makes adjustments to control systems to optimize performance.
- Conducts rounds to check conditions of plant equipment and records operational data on log sheets.
- Investigates changes in instrument readings and equipment operation.
- Recognizes and mitigates operating difficulties to minimize plant downtime.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.
Work EnvironmentRole operations primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
