UNC Family Medicine at Rosewood, part of the UNC Health Wayne system, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Medicine or Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. Goldsboro, NC is one hour east of Raleigh, and offers a welcoming community, affordable living, and easy access to both the coast and the Triangle.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, outpatient setting that values continuity, quality, and relationships with patients and families.

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a family medicine setting
• Conduct routine health maintenance visits, physical exams, and preventive screenings
  
  Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and heart disease
• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses within the scope of primary care
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to deliver team-based, patient-centered care
• Participate in quality improvement, care coordination, and population health initiatives
• Monday-Friday schedule, no nights or weekends required

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in North Carolina (or eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care preferred; new graduates with strong primary care clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
• BLS certification required (ACLS optional)
