Title: RN-Emergency Department
Position Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 (Depending on years of experience)
Retention Bonus: up-to $35,000 (4 years of work commitment)
Relocation Bonus: up-to $10,000
Shift: Days / Nights / Only Weeks (all 3 available)
Schedule: 3

Provides competent clinical nursing care using the nursing process. Ensures patient-centered care, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and follows hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Skills / Experience- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Strong clinical nursing skills; ability to manage complex patients
Required:
- Nursing Diploma OR
- ADN / ASN from accredited school
Preferred:
- BSN or MSN
Required:
- Active RN License - North Carolina
- BLS (AHA/ARC)
- NIHSS, CPI-B, ACLS, PALS (as per compliance section)
