You will care for patients who require close monitoring and treatment, including those with heart failure, sepsis, respiratory failure, and neurological issues at the facility. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a valid North Carolina RN license, and recent experience in a progressive care or step-down unit. You should hold Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, strong communication, and emotional stamina are recommended.
