Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Med Surg/Tele unit
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills
• BLS certification (additional certifications are a plus)
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and individualized nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Evaluate and monitor patient responses, making adjustments to the care plan as needed
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Administer medications and manage IVs per clinical protocol
• Document patient progress clearly and accurately
