Member Assist Cart Attendant

The member assist – cart attendant helps shape the member’s shopping experience by providing a positive first and last impression. You are responsible for a well-kept parking lot, helping members with purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This role requires constant activity on your feet, in all weather conditions.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club, answering questions as needed
• Keep the area clean, neat, and member-ready
• Assist with transporting items and maintaining availability of carts/flatbeds
• Assist members with loading purchases and help with purchases and questions at checkout when applicable
• Operate cart retrieval equipment and follow company policies for safety and procedures
• Monitor and maintain parking lot cleanliness
• Follow Open Door Policy and apply company policies and ethical standards in daily activities

• Ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled by contacting members when pickup times are delayed or items are unavailable, offer alternatives, and package items per company procedures
• Maintain facility safety by conducting safety checks and reporting unsafe conditions
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and payments, and process transactions according to policy
• Locate and organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and keep carts/flatbeds stocked and accessible
• Promote company products and services and resolve member issues
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply under specific circumstances as defined by the company.
