Maintains area of responsibility by handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Provides member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, assisting with transactions at self-checkout, and guiding on self-service technology;
Assists with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets by observing potential criminal activity, maintaining paperwork/logs, executing emergency procedures, and ensuring safety practices;
Assists with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, delivering new program rollout training, and providing continuous learning opportunities;
Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, prioritizing deadlines, and adapting to feedback.
