Nu-Pipe is seeking hardworking Laborers to support trenchless drainage rehabilitation projects. This is a physically demanding, field-based role involving confined space work, travel, and long work hours in varying outdoor conditions.
This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, willing to travel, and comfortable working as part of a crew on infrastructure rehabilitation projects.

Assist crews with drainage rehabilitation and grout injection operations
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment at job sites
Support equipment setup, preparation, and cleanup
Perform physically demanding labor in outdoor and confined space environments
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work closely with foremen and operators to complete projects efficiently
Travel with crews to assigned project locations
Ability to perform physically demanding work and long hours
Must be able to work in confined spaces and enclosed environments.
Willingness to travel and work away from home for extended periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate in Spanish is required for crew communication and job site safety
Previous construction, labor, concrete, or industrial experience preferred
Concrete or cement finishing experience
Experience operating concrete mixers or pumps
Confined Space Entry experience
Must be willing to travel regularly for projects
Employees typically work away from home 10 days out of every 14
Transportation to and from work cycles is provided by the company
Driver's license is not required
Standard schedules include either:
Every other Thursday–Sunday off, or Every other Friday–Monday off
