- Responsible for processing accounts payable invoices for payment on a weekly basis, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Performs all clerical duties associated with vendor payable invoices and statements.
- Involved in processing, verifying, matching and balancing invoices, purchase orders and receivers.
- Minimum:
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures. - Ability to operate a ten-key adding machine by touch.
- Accurate typing skills of 30 words per minute.
- Prior experience working with computer systems.
Demonstrates proficiency in processing accounts payable invoices with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Capable of accurately verifying, matching, and balancing financial documents while maintaining efficient clerical operations.
