Position: City Hall Aide: Part-Time Admin & Front Desk

The City of Goleta is seeking a part-time Department Aide for the Finance Department to provide essential administrative support. Responsibilities include assisting front lobby customer service, answering calls, and handling emails. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, familiarity with Microsoft Excel, and basic office financial processes.

This position is temporary and requires in-person work at City Hall, with a maximum of 999 hours annually. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in customer service and the ability to learn quickly.
