Administrative Assistant
5+ years experience as administrative assistant experience
Manages and maintains site support services: break room supplies, office supplies, mail
Onboards new hires and temp hire with site level training and document processing
Facilitates and/or coordinates meetings and events as instructed
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, onboard new hires, create PR/POs
Additional tasks could include shipping/receiving, manufacturing assembly operator
Multi-task and utilize time management effectively while still maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal departments, parent company and external third parties in various manners
Exercise a high level of discretion in all tasks, particularly in managing cross-departmental communications and projects
Who We Are Looking ForHigh School Diploma
Prior experience in office administration
Standard office administration practices and procedures
YourPreferred Qualifications
Using computers and computer systems, email, enter data, or process information
Proficient in Microsoft Office:
Outlook, Excel and Power Point
Experience with purchase orders, Concur, SAP/JDE a plus
