A growing organization in Goleta, CA is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. • Handle a high volume of customer calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Provide bilingual customer support by answering questions, resolving concerns, and directing customers to the appropriate resources.
• Accurately document customer interactions, call details, account updates, and follow-up actions.
• Research customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain a positive customer experience while meeting call quality, productivity, and service expectations.
• Support general call center and customer care functions as needed.
