Senior Landscape Architect
Location: Santa Barbara, CA
Compensation: $100K–$150K DOE | Full-Time

Clearview Landscaping is seeking a California-licensed Landscape Architect to lead design for high-end residential estates in Santa Barbara and beyond. If you blend creative vision with technical excellence—and thrive working with discerning clients—this is your stage.
- Lead the full design process for luxury residential and estate projects.
- Collaborate with architects, builders, and homeowners to bring outdoor living dreams to life.
- Present compelling concepts and guide clients from vision to final build.
- Oversee design intent through construction and ensure exceptional outcomes.
- Active California Landscape Architect License (Required).
- 5+ years’ experience in high-end residential or estate design.
- A portfolio that blends creativity, precision, and elegance.
- Fluency in CAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Confidence presenting to high-net-worth clients with polish and warmth.
