Checkmate Chess Club is seeking Chess Instructors for a 1-hour after-school chess program at various elementary schools in the Goleta and Santa Barbara area. The role suits retirees or former teachers who want to contribute to education with minimal weekly time commitment.
You will teach 1–2 weekly sessions, 8–16 students per class, and may visit multiple schools. A Livescan background check is required, with transportation provided by you to local campuses.
