We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead the design and implementation of scalable automated verification solutions across complex systems and software platforms. This role will drive automation strategy, mentor engineering teams, and support high‑quality, compliant product development within a regulated medical device environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for system and software verification
- Lead automation strategy and framework development across multiple projects
- Collaborate with software, systems, and verification teams to identify automation opportunities
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve automation‑related issues
- Mentor engineers and promote automation best practices
- Support compliance and audit readiness through proper test documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of test engineering experience
- 5+ years of test automation experience
- Strong experience with Python, Java, or C#
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Robot Framework
- Strong understanding of automation framework architecture and system verification processes
- Experience with Git/version control systems
- Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably medical devices
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Git Lab CI
- Experience with FDA, ISO 13485, or EU MDR standards
- Experience with Polarion or Windchill
- Prior technical leadership or mentoring experience
