Senior Automation And Wire Bonding Engineer

Randstad, in partnership with Teledyne Flir, is looking for a visionary Process Engineer (Wire Bonding) to join a team that is literally shaping the future of technology. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact aerospace, defense, and medical breakthroughs in a collaborative, coastal setting in Goleta, CA.

Salary: $113,000 – $151,400 per year.

Shift: First.

Work hours:

8 AM - 4 PM.

Education required:

Associate degree.

• Innovate & Optimize:
  Develop parameters and tooling for new products using DOE and statistical analysis.
• Troubleshoot & Lead:
  Serve as the go‑to expert for equipment performance and root‑cause analysis (RCCA).
• Drive Excellence:
  Ensure all processes meet industry standards such as MIL‑STD‑883 and IPC‑A‑610.
• Shape the Factory:
  Lead modernization efforts through process automation and lean manufacturing initiatives.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in wire bonding or related manufacturing processes.
• Experience level:
  Experienced.
• Associate degree required.
