Position Summary
Senior Systems Integration and Test II Engineer – Electronics Warfare &Radar Warning Receiver (EW/RWR) Systems. Onsite in Goleta, CA. Requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance.
What You Will Do- Generate test plans and procedures to assess EW system performance.
- Create test documentation for verification and acceptance of components, subsystems, and systems.
- Execute IV&V activities for multidisciplinary integration and test teams.
- Conduct in‑house and off‑site test activities for system demonstrations and sell‑offs.
- Brief senior program management and engineering leadership on test findings.
- Test EW hardware and software builds.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in a STEM discipline (e.g., Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Physics).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EW/Radar systems integration, verification, and validation.
- Experience preparing system/subsystem test documentation (plans, procedures, reports).
- Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Writing requirements for EW/Radar test events.
- Leading development and use of system test equipment and special test equipment.
- Troubleshooting, testing, and integrating EW/Radar system test equipment.
- Modeling performance of EW/Radar systems.
- Experience with millimeter and microwave RF at both system and module levels.
- Integration of mixed‑signal modules into higher‑level assemblies.
- Knowledge of security requirements for government testing.
- Familiarity with Model‑Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture) and SysML.
- Flight test experience.
Salary range: $75,800 – $144,200 USD.
