Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated Principal Systems Integration and Test Engineer within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline to support various Electronic Warfare (EW) and Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) Systems. The role spans the full product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, and involves collaboration across disciplines to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and implement solutions.
What You Will Do- Generate test plans and procedures for assessing Electronic Warfare (EW) system performance.
- Execute IV&V activities for multidisciplinary Integration and Test teams.
- Execute in‑house and off‑site test activities for system demonstrations and/or system sell‑off.
- Brief senior program management and engineering leadership.
- Test EW hardware and software builds.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in radar threat analysis or Electronic Warfare technique development/analysis.
- Experience in verification and validation of system and/or subsystem requirements.
- Leadership experience.
- Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required to obtain a security clearance.
- RF experience and knowledge of microwave modules.
- Flight test experience.
- Experience with special test equipment interfacing with prime hardware for test activities.
- Experience with hardware delivery and software development principles.
- Experience with security requirements related to government testing.
Compensation: $70.00 – $133.07 per hour. This is a temporary position of undetermined length.
