You will be the Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer Stf for the Advanced Sensor Integration Team. Our team is responsible for the development of compound detectors and focal‑plane technologies for semiconductor manufacturing.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer Stf you will be responsible for driving requirements and ownership across key process modules while developing and sustaining high‑performance detector products.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Drive requirements and ownership across photolithography, etching, deposition, metrology, hybridization, advanced interconnects, and packaging processes.
- Develop and sustain compound detector products using data‑driven analysis.
- Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and yield.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate advanced interconnects and packaging solutions.

LocationThis position is in Santa Barbara.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, or relevant field with a minimum of 7 years applicable industry experience.
- Master's degree in the same fields with at least 4 years applicable experience.
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Demonstration of excellent engineering documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams on projects of moderate complexity, with the ability to interface effectively from the technician level to senior management.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Ability to run failure analysis.
- Familiarity with DOE analysis.
- Experience running semiconductor equipment.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen to be considered. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules, including a standard 40‑hour week and condensed schedules. This position’s schedule is 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week. - Shift: First.

Pay Rate:
Annual base salary range for this position varies by location but generally falls between $113,900 and $200,905 (or $131,000 and $227,125 in major metropolitan areas). Lockheed Martin considers multiple factors when extending an offer.
