* You will be the Dewar Process Integration Engineer for the Dewar Engineering team  Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class technology in aerospace and defense through innovative manufacturing processes

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Dewar Process Integration Engineer you will be responsible for designing, sustaining, and improving manufacturing processes for the Integrated Dewar Cooler Assembly

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Design assembly sequences, tooling, and inspection requirements for new products

+ Perform sustainment activities and resolve defects on the production line

+ Characterize process capabilities and lead root‑cause corrective actions

+ Evaluate product life‑cycle requirements and support production readiness reviews

+ Apply data analytics to drive first‑pass yield improvements and conduct Pareto analysis

* Basic Qualifications:

* Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Materials, Mechanical Engineering or Similar discipline

Minimum 2 Years of Experience related to Manufacturing Engineering Disciplines or Post graduate degree in applicable field

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of Products  Word, Excel, Power Point  

Excellent written/oral communication, strong problem‑solving/root‑cause analysis, cross‑functional collaboration

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, which requires U S  citizenship

** Desired

Skills:

* Experience in:

Wire bonding, Laser Welding, Precision Adhesive Bonding, Vacuum Processing, Painting, Machining, 3D Printing, Mechanical Design  CREO  Experience, Automated System Programming  G Code, LabVIEW, MatLAB, Other

Experience working in clean room environment with ESD protection protocols

Green / Black Belt LSS Certification  DOE, SPC, JMP, Data Scripting

** Pay Rate:
