What You Will Do- Provide systems engineering and integration test support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule, and implement testing from project initiation through system transition
- Analyze and investigate technical issues to determine appropriate resolutions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and develop prototype systems
- Support definition of team objectives and contribute to solutions for complex technical tasks, including system design decisions
- Develop test plans and procedures for assessing Electronic Warfare (EW) system performance
- Prepare verification and acceptance documentation for components, subsystems, and systems
- Design test configurations for laboratory and field evaluation of the Unit Under Test
- Support development of Special Test Equipment for subsystem and system integration
- Plan and execute Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) activities.
- Lead multidisciplinary integration and test teams during IV&V efforts
- Conduct in‑house and off‑site testing to support system demonstrations and system selloff
- Brief senior program management and engineering leadership.
- Test EW hardware and software builds
- Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of EW/Radar systems design, test and integration experience
Experience in millimeter, microwave RF Design, Digital Signal Processing, Radar Warning Receiver design and development - Experience creating test documentation, including plans, procedures, and reports
- Experience leading EW/Radar system integration, verification, and validation in laboratory and field environments
- Experience developing requirements for EW/Radar test equipment and using laboratory instruments such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years
- MBSE (For Test) Experience/knowledge
- RF experience and knowledge of microwave modules
- Modeling and Simulation, agile Dev Sec Ops delivery pipelines, software development principles, Digital Thread concepts and realization in the development lifecycle
- Experience with tools such as Matlab/Simulink, DNG, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to lead and coordinate technical teams
