Overview
Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) is a world leader in the research, design, and manufacturing of focal plane arrays and flight-based vision systems. Focal Plane Operations is searching for a Semiconductor Product Engineer with semiconductor wafer processing, team stakeholder and project management knowledge.
Responsibilities- Develop small teams and work closely with Integrated Product Team Leads and Program Managers to ensure engineering requirements are defined and understood, manage risks and opportunities, and meet schedules and budgets.
- Work under limited supervision while exercising responsibility in selecting and meeting technical, financial, and schedule targets of projects.
- Prepare technical justification analysis reports and present to various Engineering and Program Review Boards.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in semiconductor engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, engineering product management, and/or wafer processing.
- Knowledge and understanding of Hg Cd Te , III/V semiconductors or micro-bolometer (uncooled) detector physics, and wafer processing in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to understand and analyze data related to semiconductor device performance.
- Experience with Design of Experiments (DoE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Understanding of process yields and analysis.
- Experience with bids and proposals, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Familiarity with device design and modeling instruments such as MATLAB.
Salary range: $95,500 – $181,700 USD. Salary range is a good-faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
