Global is a venture-backed deep tech startup commercializing InP-based high-power photonic crystal lasers (PCSELs) and seeks its first Process Engineer to own the full fabrication flow, develop new device processes to push yield and performance, and lead the fab for the next generation of semiconductor lasers.
You will drive end-to-end fabrication, implement high-yield dielectric, metal, and wafer bonding flows, and lead lithography process development in a fast-paced startup setting.
