Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and provide direct oversight of cost, schedule, and technical performance for an emerging technology portfolio valued at more than $20million per year within the Advanced Electronic Warfare product line.

Responsibilities- Monitor, interact with, and course‑correct highly skilled technical teams to support customer goals.
- Display strong communication and presentation skills with leadership and external customers.
- Implement and execute IMS and EVMS, including meeting EAC requirements.
- Travel between Raytheon sites and customer locations 10‑20% of the time.
- Lead program management, including cost, schedule and technical performance oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 8years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5years.
- Experience in program management, systems engineering, or related military experience.
- Experience leading systems development and/or engineering design.
- Experience with IMS and EVMS or managing cost and schedules.
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start.
- Preferred:
Science, Engineering, or Mathematics degree with related technical experience. - Strong understanding of novel signal‑processing approaches.
- Proven track record of supporting capture efforts and successfully executing programs for DARPA, DoD, and associated laboratory and program offices.
- 3+years of experience managing technology development programs and IRAD.
- Experience leading new business capture activities and winning new business in a competitive environment.
- Experience with Electronic Support and Electronic Attack techniques (traditional and adaptive).
- Active Top Secret and SCI clearance – preferred.
Salary range: $118,300 – $224,900. Relocation assistance is available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, holidays, and various incentive compensation programs.
