Responsibilities

Design Verification Functions

1. Design test procedures for the purposes of design verification.

2. Execute released test procedures written by self and others to perform design verification of KS devices and systems.

3. Collect, analyze, and display test results in a usable manner.

4. Document and track issues found during verification activities.

5. Frequent communication with design verification peers regarding status and schedules.

Attendance

Requirements

Minimum Knowledge, Education and Skill Requirements

Required:

Minimum years of relevant work experience:

0-3 years of experience in Design and Systems Verification.

Minimum hard skill requirements:

1. Computer and application proficiency

2. English business fluent.

Minimum soft skill requirements:

1. Must have strong analytical skills and good technical report writing skills.

2. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Ability to develop and maintain productive and trustful relationships with stakeholders.

4. Maintain and show a positive mindset.

Preferred:

Preferred years of relevant work experience:

3+ years of experience in Systems Verification in a challenging product development environment.

Preferred hard skills requirements:

1. Knowledge of a highly regulated industry quality system regulations and standards.

2. Experience in Systems Verification.

3. Experience with verifying complex devices and systems.

4. Experience in Test Procedures and Requirements, including processes and tools (e.g. DOORS, PTC, Polarion, etc.).

5. Experience in development processes (V-model, Agile, Lean).

6. Familiarity with high level programming language/software such as MATLAB, Lab View, or similar to assist in developing automated testing and data collection.
