Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer Sr

As the Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer Sr you will be responsible for driving requirements and ownership across key process wafer/focal plane modules while developing and sustaining high-performance detector products. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Drive requirements and ownership across photolithography, etching, deposition, metrology, hybridization, advanced interconnects, and packaging processes.
• Develop and sustain compound detector products using data-driven analysis.
• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and yield.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced interconnects and packaging solutions.
• Ensure product documentation is detailed and delivered to production floor.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree in engineering, material science, or relevant field.
• Experience with photolithography, etch, deposition or hybridization
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), familiar with DOE analysis, and have excellent engineering documentation skills and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams on projects of moderate complexity. Ability to interface effectively from the technician level to senior management

Pay Information:
