Join The Leta by Hilton Tapestry Collection Hotel, located on the coast with surf-inspired décor and a passion for music and elevated F&B scene. We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant!
Job Overview: Responsible for cleaning and stocking guest rooms to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Compensation: $20/hour.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Clean bathrooms, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors using appropriate cleaning tools and agents.
- Make beds, change linens, and handle bedding weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Dust furniture, pictures, shelves, and window ledges thoroughly.
- Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
- Report suspicious activities or hazards to Security.
- Assist guests and staff during emergencies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for items or information.
- Return found items to the Lost and Found.
- Assist other staff as needed.
- Ability to push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to clean surfaces, extend arms overhead, and work in confined spaces.
- Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
- Basic English comprehension for safety labels and guest requests.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and clean a minimum of 13 rooms as per management.
- Basic English comprehension; education and experience combinations are acceptable.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
