Nestled between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, our resort is just 15 minutes north of Santa Barbara and offers guests a unique blend of nature, comfort, and adventure. What You'll Do- Welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answering questions and providing local recommendations
- Assisting guests with reservations and future bookings
- Posting charges and processing guest transactions accurately
- Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless stay
- Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries
- Following resort policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Helping with other projects that contribute to an outstanding guest experience
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality, Hotel, Resort, or Customer Service Experience Preferred
- Work in a beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by nature

Requirements- High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance
- Intermediate computer proficiency, with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet
- Hotel front desk experience, a plus
