Support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans. Assist program planners by performing day‑to‑day activities in program planning and scheduling, using industry software such as Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Milestones Professional, and schedule risk assessment tools. Attend key program meetings, gather status, update schedules, analyze results, and employ critical thinking to mitigate risks and drive successful program performance.
BasicQualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience achieving team‑oriented objectives
- Experience developing and delivering presentations
- Must be able to balance school schedule and work part‑time during school year, with ability to work full time during breaks
- Must be able to work onsite
- Exposure to network scheduling tools (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc.)
- Critical Path methodology
- Schedule oriented mindset
- Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA
- Exposure to Monte Carlo simulations/schedule risk assessment process/tools
- Ability to communicate utilizing different techniques and build strong relationships
Santa Barbara (Goleta), California facility.

Salary and BenefitsAnnual base salary range: $53,227 - $70,708 (California, Massachusetts, New York excluding major metros, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC).
