Job Title: Logistics Associate

Pay Rate: $20/hr -$25/hr on W2

Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): 1st shift

Duration: 6+ months with possibility of CTH

• As a Logistics Associate you will support the Goleta, CA logistics team and perform key Logistics processes.
• You will be required to work independently and provide high-quality work while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• You also will be required to adhere to all safety standards, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks, and follow all department rules and regulations.
• You will be receptive to teamwork, collaboration, and communication as these are key attributes to your success.

• Stocking material, kitting material, cycle counting material, and packaging/shipping material while transacting all functions in Client's SAP system.

• Experience in a warehouse environment, ability to follow Client safety guidelines, warehouse management system experience (SAP preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication, Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment where multi-tasking is required.

• 5+

• High School Diploma required; associate degree Preferred.

• Hitting monthly metric targets for stocking and shipping.
