What You Will Do- Understand and represent customer needs to leadership while building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and key suppliers.
- Accountable for profit and loss, EAC inputs, and program execution including risk and opportunity, cost, quality, and schedule performance.
- Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, support internal and external reviews with leadership and the customer(s).
- Provide leadership and direction to a cross‑functional team across multiple Raytheon sites.
- Identify and react to problems and support solutions, such as allocation of resources and operational execution.
- Manage and grow the customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead proposal and negotiation activities with domestic customers, industry partners and suppliers.
- Expected to support domestic travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with minimum 17 years’ experience.
- Program management or leadership experience.
- Experience working on sustainment programs.
- Experience with reporting metrics through EAC reviews and/or customer Program Management Reviews.
- Experience managing proposals, negotiations, and/or BOEs.
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start date.
- Program Management Level 5 Certification or ability to obtain within one year.
- Proven success in creating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes, and/or internal peers.
- Working knowledge of USG and RTX contract formation, execution, and management.
- Experience overseeing and monitoring supplier performance; develop preventive and corrective actions as necessary.
- Experience developing briefings and presenting to senior leadership.

USD 145,600 – 276,800, based on experience.
