• Monitor and control budget;
  Estimate at Complete (EAC) development, analysis, and presentation, and understanding and use of Earned Value Management (EVM) Support Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) gate activities and administration, including bid and proposal activities and risk and opportunity ownership.
• Recommend changes in product design, tooling, and manufacturing methods to improve programs.
• Data analysis with critical thinking and facilitate results through a cross‑functional team.
• Manipulate and process reports and work artifacts with large amounts of data.
• Strategic and visionary planning, develop relationships and achieve buy‑in from all relevant parties.

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
• Experience in Engineering, Operations, Programs, Proposals and / or Project Management.
• U.S. Citizen - the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Computer proficiency with demonstrated ability to learn new software applications.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Management, scheduling, and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems (SAP PRISM).
• Experience in transition to production programs, supporting in an operations management position of leadership.
• IPDS Experience and excellent financial acumen.

-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
