** You will be a Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager for our Missiles and Fire Control team, responsible for managing multiple manufacturing planning, material management, and support activities  Our team is dedicated to delivering high quality products, and we're looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As a Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Manages multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning  MRP  transactions  These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material  BOM  Planning, Master Production Scheduling  MPS , Warehousing and Shipping

- Oversees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost

- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

MUST BE A U S  CITIZEN   This position is located at a facility that requires special access  The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Leadership experience with demonstrated performance driving continuous improvement with MRP/ERP

- Experience in one or more of the following with a fundamental understanding of all aspects of Production Planning and Control including:
Master Production Scheduling, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and/or Material Flow control

- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple functions  such as Program management, production operations, quality, global supply chain, and engineering

- Experience in manufacturing environment

- Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills

- Continuous improvement experience, such as implementing / developing enhancements to MRP processes, systems, and communication with cross functional teams

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance, which requires U S  citizenship

** Desired

Skills:

* - SAP and Apriso Knowledge and Experience

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained/certified

- APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management  CPIM

- Knowledge of industry wide best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout a production supply chain

- Understanding of MMAS

- 8  years of professional experience
