Title: Assembly Operator I

• Perform opto-mechanical assembly processes in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Solder electronic components and assemble mechanical parts for medical video products
• Complete manual assembly, rework, and inspection of electronic and optical assemblies
• Clean and inspect optical elements for defects prior to assembly
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes

• 2–3 years of opto-mechanical or mechanical assembly experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (relevant experience may substitute for formal education)
• Knowledge of medical device quality system regulations and standards (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 9001)
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and SAP
• Basic soldering skills (certification preferred but not required)

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Work Genius.
