Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of Manufacturing Management in an industrial setting producing microelectronic and/or electro‑optical components.
- Demonstrated experience working across departments to meet business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience developing solutions to manufacturing challenges and modifying procedures and processes for improved performance.
- Experience in hiring, training, and performance management processes.
- Experience in managing factory performance through KPI’s such as HPU, span time and inventory turns.
- Green Belt Certification or similar LSS training.
- Experience with SAP.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
- Black Belt training or equivalent.
- Capacity modeling and planning processes.
- Familiarity with ISO and AS quality and certification standards and processes.
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control.
- Experience with Apriso.

You will be the Multi Functional Semi‑Conductor Manufacturing Manager for the Manufacturing team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑performance wafer, focal‑plane‑array, and detector‑dewar‑cooler assemblies that enable mission‑critical systems.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Multi Functional Semi‑Conductor Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end production and development fabrication across the site.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead execution of all production and development fabrication, including wafers, focal‑plane arrays, and detector‑dewar‑cooler assemblies.
- Hire, train, and manage manufacturing technicians and supervisors, driving performance and career growth.
- Ensure clean‑room operations and protocol compliance meet the highest quality standards.
- Direct continuous‑improvement initiatives through Performance Management Teams (PMTs).
- Maintain schedule and cost targets from work‑in‑progress through delivery.
