Redwire’s Goleta facility is dedicated to mission-focused power and propulsion systems, including ROSA and other advanced hardware. We seek a Production Asset Lead to maintain production assets on the floor, oversee calibrated tooling, plan proof-load testing, and manage media equipment across production and test environments.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing, hands-on tooling experience, and familiarity with ERP systems and PDM.
