Redwire’s Goleta facility is a hub for advanced power generation technology in Goleta, CA. We seek a Production Asset Lead to maintain all production assets, lead calibrated equipment oversight, and plan load testing to support safe manufacturing workflows.
You will bridge engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, IT, and business systems to ensure safe, documented, and efficient operations on the shop floor. Prior experience with calibrated tooling and ERP systems is highly valued.
