Nurse Manager – Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health

Location:

Goleta, CA

Hours:

Monday–Friday, on-site

• Salary: $105,000 to $115,000 per year
• Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000

• Communicate with physicians regarding clients’ needs, nursing assessments, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with nurses and treatment team members to ensure client well‑being.
• Hire and manage nursing staff.
• Perform assessments/evaluations for potential clients and create nursing care plans as needed.
• Teach medication administration to staff on a monthly basis.
• Educate clients, families, and others on health, wellbeing, and disease prevention.
• Attend resident meetings as needed and provide health‑related updates to team and family.

• Current RN license in California.
• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Minimum of 2 years experience providing patient care.
• Preference given to candidates with supervisory experience.
• Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses preferred.
