District Sales Manager - Spirit

Weekly rate ranges from $1,352 - $1,377 per week and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position starting in July and ending in November.
• The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink, and related functions.
• Duties include construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.

• Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule, and have 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
• The physical demands of the job include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
